I am thrilled to announce that due to popular demand, I am once again teaching my introductory photography workshop! I have designed a crash course that will give you amazing tools in four hours because, as a mom, I completely understand that we all don't have time for much more than that! I started teaching the class in March of 2009 and have helped hundreds of moms, dads and others get a real great foundation in photography and learn how to best use their digital SLR.Here are the details below:

I'm interested in purchasing this course for my mom who has wanted for a while to take a photography class. What level of camera do you recommend for this course. Can you share with me more details about what the class entails and how many people could be in one class? Thank you

I took Laurie's workshop after buying my first DSLR camera. Laurie's presentation and hands-on workshop really helped me get a grasp on the different setting on my camera. She communicates well, takes her time explaining some of the challenging concepts like aperature and shutter speed. I rarely put my camera in auto mode anymore since taking this class. Thanks, Laurie!
(03.22.11 @ 07:30 AM)I am interested in your classes. Could you kindly put me on your email address list in the event that you send out an email announcing when your next classes are? Thanks!
(03.22.11 @ 07:56 PM)I just took the workshop yesterday and Laurie was FANTASTIC! Her handouts and presentation were at the perfect learning level and she made the class so much fun! Thank you!
(03.27.11 @ 10:00 PM)What a wonderful workshop! I left feeling so empowered by the tools you gave us and inspired to create my own masterpieces. Thanks so much! I look forward the next one.
