So it's the end of October and my 2011 wedding season is coming to a close. I am so incredibly grateful to all of the couples who trusted me with their wedding photography this year as it was my busiest year ever - I am still reeling a little bit from it all. I finally have time to catch up on blogging all of these wonderful weddings!
So jumping back to JUNE (dropped the blogging ball somewhere over the summer, clearly) - I had the pure pleasure of photographing Lizzy and Avram's wedding at the Sephardic Temple in Los Angeles. It was absolutely beautiful as the event was perfectly planned and coordinated by Erin Adams of Contagious! Weddings and Events. I am also always thrilled to work with the fun and talented Jackie Combs Floral Design as well as one of my absolute favorite makeup artists, Zulica Kessell.
The day was gorgeous, as you can see here, and Lizzy and Avram are clearly so perfect for each other. One of my favorites moments at an Orthodox wedding is when the groom is led out of the tisch to the bedeken to veil the bride - there are always such beautiful images to capture. I just love the look on Lizzy's face right after Avram places the veil over her face, pure joy!
